Effie Oland, born in 1627, was the last dictator of the Kingdom of Chicago. She was married to Ethel Simms. She was friends with Esther Haney which was the one who inspired her to stop dictatorship. She is mother to Flora Simmsoland, who took the throne after her due to the semi-democratic system Effie put in place.
Effie Oland enjoyed taking pictures with the only colour camera of the time. She took the only picture of a Blue Lobster, although it hasn't been confirmed to actually be a blue lobster yet.
The Semi-Democratic Act
Shortly before her death, she handed everyone working closely to the leader a signed note. This contained the instructions of how to implement the semi-democratic act. This told them to setup voting and the joint leadership between the queen and whoever was president. She also gave a note to Esther Haney, in case she wanted to start a presidential campaign.
