This was due to the Tomalley Epidemic that plagued York New beforehand. York Newians that use [[Tomalley]] are immediatly sent to rehab for their use. The Anti-Tomalley Act was inacted immediatly after Human Forewerdes presidency of York New was announced. This act prohibits the use of Tomalley within York New specifically.
