Effie Oland, born in 1627, was the last dictator of the [[Kingdom of Chicago]]. She was married to [[Ethel Simms]]. She was friends with [[Esther Haney]] which was the one who inspired her to stop dictatorship. She is mother to [[Flora Simmsoland]], who took the throne after her due to the semi-democratic system Effie put in place.

Effie Oland enjoyed taking pictures with the only [[Cameras|colour camera]] of the time. She took the only picture of a [[Blue Lobsters|Blue Lobster]], although it hasn't been confirmed to actually be a blue lobster yet.

== The Semi-Democratic Act ==

Shortly before her death, she handed everyone working closely to the leader a signed note. This contained the instructions of how to implement the semi-democratic act. This told them to setup voting and the joint leadership between the queen and whoever was president. She also gave a note to [[Esther Haney]], in case she wanted to start a presidential campaign.
