The Anti-Tomalley Act was inacted immediatly after Human Forewerdes presidency of York New was announced. This act prohibits the use of Tomalley within York New specifically. This was due to the Tomalley Epidemic that plagued York New beforehand. York Newians that use Tomalley are immediatly sent to rehab for their use.
